How long is the tour?
The full tour runs approximately 10 hours, including transfers. You will be back in Johannesburg between 15:30 – 16:30 depending on your drop-off point.
Can children join the safari?
Children aged 4 and older are welcome. Unfortunately, children under 4 are not allowed on the game drive.
How many people per vehicle?
Maximum of 10 passengers per safari vehicle for a more intimate experience.
Are meals included?
A snack and coffee/tea are provided during the game drive. Lunch can be purchased at Kingfisher Restaurant.
Do I need to pre-book?
Pre-booking is essential.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. Exceptions may be made under extenuating circumstances, subject to the provision of appropriate documentation for verification. All refunds are subject to managements discretion. Please note an R20 admin fee per ticket cancelled is applicable.
Is the whole tour guided?
No – the guided portion is only during the 4x4 game drive. Transfers are unescorted but fully arranged for your convenience.

Here, you’ll climb aboard a 4x4 safari vehicle and set off on a 2.5 – 3-hour game drive with an expert ranger. Expect thrilling sightings of lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, buffalo, and a variety of plains game and birdlife.
Because this tour takes place in a private concession, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to areas closed to the general public – ensuring an intimate and crowd-free wildlife experience. After your game drive, take a moment to relax overlooking the dam before your return transfer.
This tour runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays and is limited to just 10 guests per vehicle for a comfortable and personal safari experience.
