A request fee may be payable. The Information Officer will notify the requester of the outcome within 30 days, subject to any valid extensions permitted under PAIA.

City Sightseeing may refuse access where:
-The information falls within the grounds for refusal set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA.
-Disclosure would result in an unreasonable disclosure of third-party personal or proprietary information.
-The information is legally privileged.
-Disclosure is prohibited by law or may endanger the safety of an individual.
9. Description of Data Subject Rights (POPIA)
Data subjects have the right to:
- Access their personal information;
- Request correction or deletion;
- Object to processing;
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Should any request be denied, the requester may lodge an internal appeal (if applicable) or escalate the matter to the Information Regulator or appropriate court.
