In addition to being Africa’s shopping mecca, many South African and multinational businesses have their headquarters in Sandton.
Sandton City is one of the largest shopping malls in the southern hemisphere, with over 300 leading local and international retailers. Here you can really shop till you drop!

The square is even more popular on Sunday afternoons when patrons often enjoy long lunches and free jazz concerts.
Oriental Plaza
The Oriental Plaza in Fordsburg is a bustling and colourful haven for bargain hunters. The centre’s shops sell a wide variety of goods, from traditional Indian saris and fabrics to curtains, linen and homeware.
