City Sightseeing South Africa – General Terms and Conditions
Child fares apply to children from 4 up to 17 years of age.
Group rates are available only if pre-arranged with our office.
Topless Tours (Pty) Ltd t/a City Sightseeing South Africa reserves the right to change or cancel any tour or schedule where necessary, including for operational reasons such as weather or road closures. Services are traffic-dependent.
All passengers enter and/or use services and facilities at their own risk.
City Sightseeing South Africa, its employees and agents shall not be liable (where legally permitted) for any injury, loss or damage sustained. The passenger indemnifies and holds harmless City Sightseeing South Africa against such claims, if permitted by law.
Passengers on the upper deck must remain seated at all times for safety reasons.
This ticket is valid only if purchased from City Sightseeing South Africa or its approved agents.
Neither City Sightseeing South Africa nor any third-party supplier shall be liable to the ticket holder or associated passengers for any claims arising from any act or omission. The ticket holder indemnifies all parties concerned.
The loss, theft or misuse of vouchers or cards is the sole responsibility of the customer. City Sightseeing South Africa is not liable in such cases or where cards are damaged through misuse or neglect.
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, City Sightseeing South Africa is not liable. These include but are not limited to: server failures, power outages, cyberattacks, civil unrest, strikes, shortages, embargoes, accidents, acts of war, or government actions. Administrative errors do not qualify.
Terms & Conditions for Tickets Purchased from City Sightseeing South Africa
Online barcodes are valid for 14 days from the chosen travel date and may be refunded within that period, less a R10 admin fee per ticket, at City Sightseeing’s discretion.
Barcodes must be redeemed at the ticket office or on board for a printed boarding pass. Only the boarding pass permits travel.
Lost or stolen tickets are the customer’s responsibility and will not be replaced.
Online barcodes are valid only for City Sightseeing South Africa tours.
Ticket validity:
Classic: 1 calendar day
Premium: 2 consecutive days
Deluxe: 3 consecutive days
Barcodes from unauthorised sources will be cancelled without compensation.
Boarding passes remain the property of City Sightseeing South Africa and must be shown on request.
We make every effort to run a regular service but are not liable for interruptions or delays beyond our control.
Seats are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Children under 3 travel free (max 2 per paying adult). Children 4–17 qualify for child rates.
Complimentary vouchers are valid only for the dates printed on them.
