Where are the departure and return locations?
Guests will be picked up from lodges and hotels within a 5 km radius of OR Tambo International Airport between 06:30 and 06:45 AM. Alternatively, they can meet at the Shuttle and Bus Terminal between 06:45 and 07:00 AM. Departure is at 07:15 AM.
What if I’m flying directly to the Kruger area?
Guests flying into Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport or Skukuza Kruger National Park will receive a complimentary pickup from their safari guide.
How do I confirm my pickup?
Please confirm your pickup details 7 days before the tour by emailing travel@familysafarisbookings.com.

What safaris and activities are included?
Day 1: Sunset/Night safari in Kruger

What can I expect on the Panorama Route day?
Expect breathtaking scenery including God's Window, Lisbon Falls, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, and the Three Rondavels. There will also be time for shopping and lunch in the town of Graskop.
What time will I return to Johannesburg on the final day?
The return shuttle departs the lodge at approximately 12:30 PM and arrives back at OR Tambo Airport or nearby lodges between 17:00 and 18:00 PM.
Can I book a flight on the last day of the tour?
Yes, but please ensure your departure flight is no earlier than 20:00 PM for domestic flights or 21:00 PM for international flights to allow for travel time.
