City Sightseeing Refunds and Cancellations

Open Top Tours, Harbour and Canal Cruises

Online vouchers are valid for 14 days and can only be refunded during this period, less a R20 admin fee per voucher, at the discretion of City Sightseeing Management.

City Passes

Online vouchers are valid for 3 months and can only be refunded during this period, less a R20 admin fee per ticket, at the discretion of City Sightseeing Management.

Day Tours and Sunset Champagne cruise.

Online tickets are valid for the date stated on the booking and can only be refunded/cancelled if the refund request is made at least 24 hours before tour departure, less a R20 admin fee per ticket. Booking dates will not be amended within 24 hours of travel.

If a customer is ill then they have to notify us prior to the tour and would have to provide a doctor's note as proof they visited a doctor.

When a client has missed the tour due to a delayed flight or late docking, they would have to supply acceptable proof of this.

Should you miss the tour due to being involved in an accident, we would require you to provide us with confirmation of the accident report from the South African Police Services.

When a client misses the departure due to arriving late, they will have to catch up with the tour at their own cost (UBER), or if they choose not to, they will not be refunded.

If a client arrives late due to being ill, we will not amend the date, nor offer a refund, as we are not able to sell their seats after the tour has departed.
