Join Cape Town as it celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Cape Town Summer Market from the 16th December – 23rd December in the Company’s Garden, Cape Town.
Launched two decades ago, the Cape Town Summer Market provides local consumers and tourists alike an outdoor lifestyle and unique night shopping experience with a variety of product offerings ranging from locally handmade products, local food experiences, pre-packed goods as well as a cultural exchange experience. The customary festivities and events such as the ‘Summer Star’, play zone, food zone, toy zone, locally manufacture clothing and accessories will as usual return to the market with new additions such as the ‘relaxation zone’ where market goers can flex their muscles in yoga classes, massages etc. This year’s summer market will be no different when it comes to entertaining both the young and the more mature market goers as live entertainment will be on a daily basis. Some of the new products that will be on offer this year include ostrich leather bags, sterling silver jewellery and Basotho inspired designer swim wear.
